The hotel has spacious rooms with a separate sitting area, although they become available only by 3 pm and lack trendy design. The location is superb, close to theaters, restaurants, and attractions. The dining options are varied, although there were instances of limited choices. Overall, a convenient choice with some minor design drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully finished, making it hard to find any faults. The service provided, from the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff to the efficient room service and tours assistance, was top-notch. The location was perfect, being a short walk from Chinatown and offering easy access to trams. The dining experience, while offering a mix of Asian cuisine, was a bit repetitive for my taste. Overall, a great value for money option with amazing facilities and a modern style.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms with a comfy bed and great shower. The convenient access to Chinatown and good WiFi are definite pluses. However, the rooms can get very hot during the stay.
The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The location was great for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, there were issues with the room setup and check-in process that could have been better.
